Words can’t do true justice to the level of service, commitment and overall Professionalism Robert and his team bring to a very challenging move. They moved our prized 130year old grand piano from the 1st floor of a town house to our home near Winchester. It took 5 very strong of his men and a lot of pre-planning and obviously good old strength as the whole piano had to be lifted and rotated whilst on the initial stages of the staircase to get it through a very tight gap. Seriously impressive as yes I witness the piano going in, but pushing up on a staircase is so very much easier than being dragged down it!! Big thank you to you all.. We have used Roberts Removals for a number of years now and have always been very pleased with the service we have received. They are always very helpful and accommodating.

Robert and his team were clear, professional and helpful from start to finish. Robert offered a fantastic service including dismantling furniture, whole/part packing and plumbing in washing machines etc. He delivered boxes well before the moving date. On the day, his team were completely unphased and made every effort to ensure I was happy with the placement of furniture, including going so far as removing legs from furniture to enable things in to the property. They were polite and courteous throughout and extremely friendly.
